About Me
My name is Bryan. When I was about two years old, I was in the car with my Dad and I heard the song “Iron Man” by Black Sabbath. I told him I liked the music and asked what it was. When we got home, he showed me his CD collection. According to him, that’s all it took.
I remember I’d listen to Black Sabbath’s album “Master of Reality” and I’d dance around and sing all the songs. When I was around 2 or 3 I got a small black drum set. I sometimes look at old videos from then and I was surprisingly good for that age. Since I was around 7 years old, I’ve been taking music lessons. Be them drums, or guitar, or bass, or piano, or vocals. My first time performing on stage was when I was 7 years old. I played a drum solo in a talent show at my school.
I began writing music a year or so ago and am just finishing up recording my first song. My music is mostly pop and rock, but I’ve also written folk, country, metal, funk, and hip hop. I like music where you can visualize. I’m not talking about lyrics, necessarily, but the story, the feeling and the mood.
I would say I’m a lifelong student of music because there is always something new to learn and to master.
